Rene Pedro Ponce is a bilingual Cuban-American actor based in Miami. He stars as Angel Parrish in the horror feature Goon of the Lagoon (2025), streaming on Prime Video, Tubi, and Apple TV, and plays a supporting role in the Deadline-covered series Our Family Pride alongside Ethan Cutkosky (Shameless) and Garrett Clayton. Three more features are in post-production: DEADSICK (Hector, one of the film’s two protagonists), Trouvaille (lead role), and Taheri Studios’ Cuttlefish.
